Found, is based on an (excellent) illustrated book of Shaun Keenan with the same name, is a collection of about one hundred illustration. I think the plot story is going to be an original one, having the book lacking of a proper one.
Let's see what they are going to do, the first Primitive War was crazy and fun.

I don't think is a spin-off of Primitive War, sounds like a side project for ride the good success of the previous movie.
I do not saying no, however, if the collider messed the timeline and made an alternative history with dinos around.
