It really got a lot warmer, but there’s still some ice left… 😩 So I shortened my run today and opted for two #AppleFitnessPlus workouts: one on my #Schwinn spinning bike and one on my rower. And I even took the time to skip some rope. The streets have been cleared by now, so I‘m back on my bike for the daily commute. That‘s almost the best part of it for today! #Running #rowing #cycling #ropeskipping

After my morning run, I hopped onto my #Schwinn spinning bike and did a 20 minute #AppleFitnessPlus workout with Coach Ty. Man, that was awesome! Pure interval training, I was dripping with sweat, my heart rate shot up – and it was fun! More of that, please!

No #Running today, but I got up on my trusted #Schwinn spinning bike and did two rounds on the #Hammer rower. Feels very good – and I was completely soaked after the indoor cycling workouts… Now off to the shower! 💦#AppleFitnessPlus

Assembled my “new” (to me) 1978 Schwinn Heavy Duti. This is not its final form. I’m going to carefully upgrade a few things to make it more rideable in 2026 without giving up the vintage charm.

@askekammer Thank you very much. It’s actually beginning to feel like *a lot* in recent weeks. There are days when I hardly can keep my eyes open once I sit down for any stretch of time longer than five minutes. So, at the turn of the year, I will cut back somewhat. Down from the daily 28-33K to a maximum of 21.1K, maybe there will be rest days. I cannot yet tell, but my #schwinn spinning bike and my Hammer rower will be in an almost daily demand… weird, but needed.

Wow, 9+ hours of sleep, that doesn’t happen *that* often. But I‘m feeling *really great*, planning on starting out with a short warm-up round on my #Schwinn training bike, even (maybe) adding on some #rowing before going out for my run. 🤩👊🏻💪🏻
