Found along the #schuylkillrivertrail
A break in the rain and clouds (the winter's been warm though) got me out for my first real #BikeRide of the year – a quick run along the #SchuylkillRiverTrail to #ValleyForge. There are two old train stations in the park, one fabulously restored and open to the public, and the other, not so much. I'm at the other.
On my #BikeRide yesterday, this pair was hanging out on the #Manayunk bridge, just chillin' and handing out dog treats, some water, and sticks.

Since the pandemic hit and everyone else discovered going outside, I've mostly avoided riding the #SchuylkillRiverTrail into #philadelphia – but I had a rare weekday morning free and I've been wanting to go the distance to the #Manayunk bridge, so that's what happened today.

I don’t think I’ve ridden to Philly since the pandemic… the trails just got so busy. But since I was able to get out on a weekday morning for once, decided to hit this goal. Felt great going out, needed to push on the way back. Mercifully missed a hailstorm.
