They love learning new skills; so long as gardening and nature are concerned!

All in all, I love their flexibility... and their quick learning!

A Free Garden for Every School
A VISIT AT NEWLIFE HIGH SCHOOL(NLHS)

Today, we had an opportunity to meet the agriculture class of NLHS.

We began by discussing how to put agriculture into practice....
"Hands on tools" mode was activated

And today, we did land clearing together ❤️ ☘️. So now we plaughed a small space where we are going to plant our veggies and flowers.

5 SCHOOLS JOINED US!

Yesterday we talked to six schools yesterday about collaboration for a #greenerfuture & #sustainability. 5 schools said YES! .. and accepted to join the #Sustainable Schools Network, 1 said no,
But we are happy that the following joined us😄;

1. NewLife H/School
2. Fountain Education Centre
3. Achieve J/School
4. Taufik Islamic P/School
5. Summit View H/School

This means more #students will learn how to care for their #environment

This particular project also involved a rain planter, swale and scrape to slow down surface water. The swale and scrape might not look much now, but when sown with wildflower seed they'll look good, provide food for pollinators and habitat for all kinds of invertebrates! 2/2
