#Dobrindt kann es einfach nicht lassen:

Das #Bundesinnenministerium zeige "einmal mehr, dass es nicht bereit ist, die vom #Gericht getroffene rechtliche Auffassung zu akzeptieren. Genau das sehe ich als problematisch an". Es entsteht ein Schaden für den #Rechtsstaat, "da die #Legislative sich nicht mehr an die #Judikative gebunden zu fühlen scheint". Die fortgesetzten #Grenzkontrollen "werden vor den Gerichten dann zwar voraussichtlich weiterhin als #rechtswidrig eingestuft" – aber das zeigt keine Wirkung.

Bayerische Richter contra Dobrindt: Grenzkontrollen illegal?

Nicht zum ersten Mal sind Personenkontrollen an EU-Binnengrenzen vom Bayerischen Verwaltungsgerichtshof für rechtswidrig erklärt worden. Sie würden gegen das Recht auf Freizügigkeit verstoßen. Das Innenministerium prüft Rechtsmittel gegen das Urteil.

As former members, we are PAYING for the privilege of being screened at the #Schengen border due to career criminal #BorisJohnson forcing through the #UK's exit from the #EU. It is SCANDELOUS that #Starmer will not drop his ridiculous 'red lines' and act in our interests now.

The #UK is now a "third country" as far as the #EU is concerned, & by its own choice, outwith not only the EU itself, but the #SingleMarket & the #Schengen Zone. We could have joined #EFTA, & stayed in the Single Market, but we chose not to do so, because THAT would have meant accepting #free #movement of labour - perish the thought! All those anti-immigrationists would have had KITTENS!

El gráfico publicado por El País lo dice todo. Suelo ser favorable a las regularizaciones porque #España, debido a su ubicación y a las legislaciones a las que está sujeta ( #UniónEuropea, #Schengen... ), no puede ser tan efectiva como #Australia en la lucha contra la #InmigraciónIlegal. Sin embargo, el proceso impulsado por #PedroSánchez deriva de una gestión muy irresponsable.

No podemos convertir a clase trabajadora en ratas dentro de un bidón que se ven obligadas a comerse entre sí.
