Jacked up success!!
The stick on sashiko pattern (which washes off later) and embroidery loop was sooo helpful. I've tried this before without any of the right tools and it was an exercise in domestic frustration.

I sized the patch and sashiko piece right.
The placement was better than my prior attempts at this.
The edges are wonky because I need to get more dexterous with my needle and fabric (it's been a while).

But overall this looks great! Yay me!
