For #SpookySaturday, here's a memory that's terrifyingly old.

This is from way back in 2003 (!!) when I was still at school. I was part of the school newspaper with students from different years, and we went on a two-day trip to a village near #Potsdam, where one of our families had a tiny holiday cottage. There was no hot water, they only had an outhouse and most of us had to sleep in tents because there weren't enough beds.

Officially, we were brainstorming ideas for the paper, but let's be honest: we mostly spent the time shooting the shit with our favourite teacher. 😏

Of course, we did squeeze in some culture, like visiting this #palace. It's the Neues Palais (or New Palace) in the famous #Sanssouci Park in #Potsdam. With those #clouds looming overhead, it looks rather ominous, doesn't it?
