L'Unità: Aggredito a sprangate in strada, 20enne muore in ospedale: sospettato un 17enne
È un 17enne il ragazzo sospettato di aver accoltellato e ucciso ieri per strada un 20enne a Crema, è stato rintracciato dai Carabinieri. Si chiamava Hamza Salama la vittima, di origini egiziane. Potrebbe esser stato ucciso a colpi di spranga o di bastone, stanno cercando di chiarire anche questo aspetto i Carabinieri che indagano sulla vicenda. La Procura dei Minorenni di Brescia è stata informata degli sviluppi delle indagini. Non è esclusa la pista del regolamento di conti.
“Stanotte abbiamo appreso con grande preoccupazione del gravissimo episodio di violenza avvenuto nella serata di ieri in via Brescia e stamattina si è aggiunta la profonda tristezza per l’epilogo – ha scritto sui social il sindaco di Crema, Fabio Bergamaschi – Le forze dell’ordine e in particolare i Carabinieri, con la magistratura, sono al lavoro, con professionalità e riserbo, per identificare il responsabile dell’omicidio, che auspico possa essere consegnato al più presto alla Giustizia. A loro va il nostro pieno sostegno. Ai famigliari della vittima il nostro cordoglio”.
L’allarme è scattato poco dopo le 22:30. La vittima era stata ritrovata a terra, incosciente, davanti a una banca nel quartiere San Bernardino, pochi giorni fa già teatro di una rissa in cui era rimasto ferito anche uno dei poliziotti intervenuti per sedarla. Hamza Salama è stato colpito ripetutamente, non risulta sia stata trovata l’arma del delitto, probabilmente dispersa dal responsabile nella fuga dopo il delitto. La vittima è morta dopo il trasporto in ospedale a causa delle gravi ferite riportate nell’aggressione.
Sul posto sono rimasti tutta la notte i Carabinieri, cui sono state affidate le indagini, coordinati dal sostituto procuratore Federica Cerio, con il comandante della compagnia di Crema, capitano Armando Laviola, e il comandante del Reparto operativo, colonnello Massimiliano Girardi. Le indagini si erano indirizzate fin dalle prime battute sui giovani residenti nella zona.

A 17-year-old boy suspected of stabbing and killing a 20-year-old man in Crema was located by the Carabinieri. The victim was Hamza Salama, of Egyptian origins. It’s possible he was killed with a knife or baton, and the Carabinieri investigating the case are also trying to clarify this aspect. The Minor Jurisdiction Prosecutor’s Office in Brescia has been informed of the developments in the investigation. The possibility of a gangland hit is not ruled out.

They have our full support. To the family of the victim, our condolences.”
The alarm was raised shortly after 10:30 PM. The victim was found on the ground, unconscious, in front of a bank in the San Bernardino district, where just a few days earlier a brawl had also injured one of the police officers who intervened to quell it. Hamza Salama was repeatedly stabbed, and the murder weapon has not been found, likely discarded by the perpetrator during his escape after the crime. The victim died after being transported to the hospital due to the serious injuries sustained in the attack.
The Carabinieri remained at the scene all night, entrusted with the investigation, coordinated by Substitute Prosecutor Federica Cerio, with the commander of the Crema company, Captain Armando Laviola, and the commander of the Operational Department, Colonel Massimiliano Girardi. The investigation had focused from the outset on young residents in the area.
