The saddle conversion is again one step further. We have a base plate made of aluminum. The saddle knob is shortened and screwed with it from the underside. It would be stupid if the balls were torn off. 🤣😵‍💫

Der Sattelumbau ist wieder einen Schritt weiter. Wir haben eine Grundplatte aus Alu gedengelt. Den Sattelknauf gekürzt und von der Unterseite damit verschraubt. Wäre ja doof, wenn mann sich die Eier daran abreißt 😂😵‍💫

pillas un cartón, un pouco gordo, e pólo nunha cadeira co asento firme (duro) e sentas nel. Mellor nu, núa ou núe. Miras onde deixan marca os dous osos da cadeira que fan contacto con el; márcalos e mides a distancia.

Normalmente recoméndase que o asento teña 15/20 mm. que esa distancia entre os ósos.

Cada marca/fabricante ten o seu sistema para recomendar o tamaño axeitado, pero isto sérveche de referencia.

Ao instalalo mira ben que te sentes sobre a zona máis ancha e que a inclinación sexa a adecuada (normalmente debe estar plano).

Here are a few more detailed pictures of the Mexican horse saddle project for the old Harley.
The nails are not made industrially and there are many of them installed. The screws are simple wood screws with a lens-flat head. The table is made of artificial teddy fur.
And the many of the screws go far into the saddle; that was certainly not a pleasure for the horse. The wood is red and very hard. The white decorative seam is plastic. The metal applications are probably tinned or silver-plated brass.
Is anyone familiar with this type of saddle and can give me some background information about it?

Hier noch ein paar Detailbilder von dem mexikanischen Pferdesattel-Projekt für die alte Harley.
Die Nägel sind nicht industriell gefertigt und es sind viele davon verbaut. Die Schrauben sind schlichte Holzschrauben mit einem Linsen-Flachkopf. Die Schabracke ist aus Kunst-Teddypelz.
Und die viele der Schrauben gehen bis weit in die Schabracke; das war sicher kein Vergnügen für das Pferd. Das Holz ist rot und sehr hart. Die weiße Ziernaht ist Kunststoff. Die Metall-Applikationen sind wahrscheinlich verzinntes oder versilbertes Messing. Kennt sich jemand mit dieser Art Sätteln aus und kann mir etwas Hintergrundwissen dazu geben?
