Looks like DrunkenSlug registrations are open this morning. It's a great NZB platform for finding downloads on Usenet. (You'll also need a Usenet subscription to get access to the actual downloads.)

Works great (way better than torrents) with self-hosted UseNet apps like SABnzbd, along with Prowlarr, Sonarr, and Radarr.

Harter Frust!
A Fully Automated Usenet Piracy Machine with Plex, Sabnzbd and Sonarr

There’s plenty of ways to get your pirated media fix, some that don’t involve paying at all, but I like Usenet because it’s usually where the highest quality media (in terms of bit-rate and lack of transcoding) is available and it’s also the easiest to automate. I also like that there’s no need to join private torrent trackers and maintain a ratio or be active in the community. This post is for when people ask me how they can set up their own automatic piracy machine. I assume you’re used to to...

Old knowledge resurrected, new knowledge added. Tried to #torrent a five-year-old show, couldn't find a seeded copy. Remembered I bought a 500 GB #usenet block years ago for a similar situation, so I grabbed an #nzb, installed a #flatpak of #SABnzbd, configured it, and bam, the series downloaded in three minutes, no need of seeds for my #seedbox.
I had to switch off #nzbget as it's just not updated anymore and moved over to #sabnzbd. There are some odds and ends that are not working but it's going!
