What is considered healthy food?
Less sugar, more proteins, more fiber. Less meat and milk. Less fat; high quality Oil (unsaturated fatty acids). Fresh vegetables. Less salt.
So, this one I call soulfood. Healthy for the soul? ^_^
Fried Knöpfle (noodles from eggs, aka Spätzle), onions, garlic, a bit of diced bacon. Feta and parmesan. Wiener würstchen (hotdog ?) and a bit of Ketchup and mustard. Chili flakes. Butter.
