Enjoying the warmer day here where I know it, even if only for a moment. I didn’t have much time to stay, just a short pause between everything I still need to get to, but somehow it was enough.

The kind of place that doesn’t try to hold you, doesn’t demand your attention, it just lets you exist there for as long as you can. The hills, the scattered houses, the quiet distance stretching out in front of me — all of it exactly the same, whether I stay five minutes or an entire afternoon.

I sat down for a bit, felt the grass, let the air slow me down just slightly. Not completely, not enough to forget where I’m going next, but enough to remember that I don’t have to rush through everything without noticing it.

It’s a strange balance, being somewhere beautiful while already half on your way somewhere else. But maybe that’s enough too. Maybe it doesn’t always have to be long or perfect or fully yours. Sometimes a brief moment is all you get — and still, it counts.
