So added new toy to biking and rowing : indoor stairs

13k 600mEG in a cold dry weather. Lot of Contrast between sunny hot places and shady frozen ones .
Pushed a little during climbs so HR quite high
I think it's time to go in search of a new pair of #trailrunning shoes.
