Before > during > after. And a 10K PR! In spite of some spotty rain, had an awesome time running around #WinslowPark in Freeport, Maine, at my first Close to the Coast 10K. Clocked in at 55:14, which is just insanely fast for #TeamSlowPoke. Also loved this race route and really looking forward to hitting up the same again -- gorgeous! And of course thanks to Joe for being my moral support human and cheering me on!

Before >>After. Dead and wet with a gnarly blister, but I beat my last best time by four minutes! PR'd at 2:03:58 at the second annual #GreatBangorHalf. Phew! Now I'm going to eat all of the things. ✌🏼
