Day 4 / Hiking Parts of the Western Way in the Black Forest National Park
After a delightful day at the garden festival, we set out on a fresh hiking adventure in the Black Forest National Park, exploring a straight-line trail from Zuflucht to Ruhestein. The day was a mix of sunshine, wind, serene solitude, striking landscapes, and unexpected encounters along the Western Way trail.

Im Nationalparkzentrum Ruhestein dreht sich alles um den Schwarzwald und seine Bewohner.
In der Dauerausstellung können Besucher in die Natur eintauchen und sich fast so fühlen, als würden sie im Wald spazieren.
Den Abschluss bildet ein Skywalk.

On Day 9 of our Black Forest adventure, we embarked on the Bosensteiner Almpfad, a trail through ancient forests and breathtaking vistas. Amidst cloudy skies, damp foliage, and serene woodland scenes, we experienced the tranquil beauty of nature during this atmospheric hike.
A bit more from our hike at the #BosensteinerAlmPfad : Directly starting from the #Nationalpark center in #Ruhestein , we headed off in light rain.
The low clouds were a blessing for getting such an ethereal atmosphere.
