Lancashire had a better history, forming from a split in the ranks at Springfield Borough. They won the third tier and reached the final of Treize Tournoi, although went downhill quite quickly in the years that followed, before eventually spawning Blackpool Panthers.

Radcliffe formed in 1875, and after the schism, they were elected to the Lancs Senior Comp in 1901. Little success ensued, and they called it a day on failing to get elected to Division 2 the following year. #rugbyleague #history

North Wales Crusaders have informed the Rugby Football League they are unable to fulfil their Championship fixture with Doncaster RLFC due to ongoing issues.
