Pls 🔄 rss to Mastodon

We all know rss to Mastodon service like https://feedsin.space
But does anyone have software for selfhosting, that also uses rss to Mastodon, but uses your own Mastodon account?
We searched for it, but haven't found anything good.

Is there a way I can get an rss feed into my mastodon timeline/follows?

Or is this a capability the creators of the rss feed need to set up?

NB I don't want my toots outward, I want other ppl's podcast feeds inward.
