For less than $25 (RPi0, old power supply, spare Micro-USB cables) you can block most ads on the LAN and increase digital privacy by routing your DNS traffic through DoH. This is freaking amazing.

Implemented and tested "baremetal" #rpi0 storage device access (may also work for network devices) before going for a language rewrite, it use the #uboot API with calls implemented in #asm, sample was done with my custom #forth with API primitives. May release the source of all this soon along with a detailed guide of how to use the U-Boot API for #baremetal stuff at assembly level, U-Boot adds some layer BUT i quite like avoiding all the cumbersome modern low-level thingies.

I really had no idea how small the RPi0w is until I opened the kit package I got. I thought it was in one of the boxes included, but no! It was in this antistatic bag that, itself, is maybe 3 times the size of the actual RPi0w! Now that's small! 🤯 #rpi0 #rpi0w #rpi #raspberrypi
