From the pain come the dream
From the dream come the vision
From the vision come the people
From the people come the power
From this power come the change

Houston’s Rothko Chapel, battered by Hurricane Beryl, set to reopen Dec. 17

Many visitors to the Rothko Chapel have used it as an interfaith sanctuary to reflect, meditate and pray. The silence of the space, coupled with concrete walls, could either relax or intimidate a guest with its pensive atmosphere.
