Meet the Kellerbier of my latest Rothaus. Still a few more days before it goes into the lager fridge so this is still really young and yeasty. No off flavors so I expect it to turn out great after 42 days or so of lagering.

Got thirsty while brewing the Steam after the Kölsch is in the fermenter.

Four days into lagering and this is from the excess in a small corny keg of my Rothaus. Of course still hasn’t cleared but it is tasting amazingly good. Crisp but the touch of sweetness I remember from the bottled genuine article. This is really easy drinking - also like I remember from the bottle. Going to be great to tap the main keg in August.
