My wife and I gave out candy dressed as Root meeples. There weren't any kids that knew the Root board game, so we were angry orange cat and ghost cat.

Funfact about the boardgame "Root", which I'm REALLY bad at but which I like anyway:

The "Woodland Alliance", a union of critters trying to take back their forest from aristo...cats have a skill called "Guerrilla War".

In the original boardgame this just has some "star" icon. In the PC version by Direwolf (which is REALLY well done!) the icon is instead, fittingly to its name, a Molotov Cocktail. 😁
