Today I learned that apparently 'Mail Order Bride' is a well established sub-genre within 'Historical Romance' and.. of course it is.

Of. course. It. Is.

This is just a reminder of why I generally avoid the Genre because the trope-tastic parts of it that are *Problematic* are kinda huge to me.
