I think my derby practice on Thursday may have been the most challenging for me yet since I came back to derby a little over a year ago. My endurance is not what I wish it was, but I'll get there. I can either give up or keep working at it and I hate that I sometimes have a hard time deciding which.

@daedalus I had a #RollerDerby trainer who made us do burpees on skates. Actually more fun than it sounds, if you like falling over (I’ve learned to love it).
