We finished watching season 2 of Rogue Heroes last night. Crikey, what a show. Yes, it's gone for a tonne of fiction (great variance from docos and a movie I've seen about the SAS) but it's highly entertaining.

If anything, season 2 was even stronger on the horrors of war than season 1 was. Every emotion is represented, some so viscerally that it hurts. And yet, very bloody funny.

An amazingly good cast, with Jack O'Connell really shining as the genius scoundrel Paddy Mayne. Season 2 lets a few others get the spotlight too, which… I was going to say "is nice", but not really so much for their characters. 🤷‍♂️

Highly recommended if you have the stomach for it. And it looks very much like it's set up for a third season.

#RogueHeroes Aunque esta escena parezca una invención de Tarantino, lo cierto es que sucedió de verdad, #PaddyMayne se metió en la cantina del aeródromo de Tamet en 1941, dijo 'Good Evening' y se cargó a todos los alemanes e italianos que estaban allí. Una serie increíble con una #Música alucinante.
