In the spirit of controlling the things that I can control, I just finished my 16th, 20+ minute sauna in August. I did it to help get used to the higher temperatures which often happen on my #RoF #ultraRace in Anglesey which starts on Friday.

Of course, what this has actually done is just guarantee nice temperatures, rather than a scorcher, but I'm happy with that trade!
