Beach Rock Towers at Sunset.

We took a recent trip to Collingwood, Ontario. We came across these rock towers sitting in the sand at Sunset Point Beach. I am partial to the first image of the rushing water surrounding the tower.

As for the sunset, I don't think I've ever seen such deep purples before! If someone can explain what caused the purple hues, I'd love to know!
