Robert Altman's 'Come Back to the 5 and Dime' Comes to Physical Media

TRAILER: Altman's 1982 film kicked off a series of excellent low-budget Indies that deserve more attention. A new Cinématographe disc is a good place to start.

Extremely cursed movie thought:

What if MCCABE & MRS MILLER were set in the village from POPEYE and POPEYE were set in the village from MCCABE & MRS MILLER.

My favorite ever movie about a President is Secret Honor, a one-man film of Philip Baker Hall who has never been better as Richard Nixon drunkenly monologuing into a tape recorder about his life and career, giving a picture of a complex if ultimately evil person. Directed by the great Robert Altman. Re-watching now, in a #Criterion DVD.
