#AskFedi: Er fløde med 36% fedt sværere at piske til skum end den med 38%?

Da jeg skulle piske flødeskum til #risalamande juleaften syntes jeg det tog så lang tid for piskefløden at blive til skum, og jeg spurgte min søster: »Er det mig der er utålmodig, eller er denne her #piskefløde ikke så piskbar?«, og hun svarede at der nogle gange kun er 36% fedt i fløden. Jeg tjekkede kartonen, og der var ganske rigtigt kun 36% fedt i.

Har I osse oplevet det?

To procentpoint lyder ikke af så meget, men det er vel over 5% hvis man kun regner på fedtet.

Merry #Christmas everyone. A bit delayed, but better late than never. Here we bring a real tree into the living room and. decorate it with really weird ornaments and lights. It's on a really nice mat/carpet thing that my mother made a million years ago, and the robot vacuum unfortunately folded into a mess that I didn't straighten for the pic.

On the evening of December 24, we had a traditional #Danish Christmas dinner with roasted duck and pork roast, boiled potatoes, plain potato chips, caramel fried potatoes, sauces, pickled red cabbage and Waldorf salad with grapes, leaf celery, apple and creme fraiche.

The desert was the equally traditional #risalamande which means something like "rice with almonds" in French. It isn't. French, that is. It's a sweet rice pudding with vanilla, whipped cream and chopped almonds with hot cherry sauce on top. It's awesome.

After dinner we exchanged gifts by the tree in the living room. Snacks and drinks were served.
