2 things I’m not doing with #toothpaste no matter who tells me.
1. #Brushing before #breakfast. That ruins the taste of my food.
2. Just spitting the toothpaste out without #rinsing. It literally says not to swallow toothpaste, I’m not leaving it on my #teeth just to swallow it later when I eat again. That’s #contradictory.
