Damn it. My shit day yesterday had me postpone taking the trike in to this morning.

It’s the ugliest rain I have seen in a month. It’s a 3 mile ride and I am going to be absolutely drenched.

I hate riding wet, I hate being wet, I hate wet clothes.

I also live in western Washington state and if you want to ride, wet is a fact of life.

I am not an expert rider but I have had to ride in the worst storms. Most of the time in an offset pair and it’s high stress.

Today though the rain looks like a cleanser. Mind clearing, the kind of rain that washes away pain.

My favorite riding gloves are a bit long in the tooth.

Got these back in 2015 when I got my Street Glide Special. Thin, sturdy, deer skin lined, well fitted, and good handle grip.

They have held up for a Harley product, can’t say the same for my winter riding jacket.

My half helmet (yes, I wear a half helmet in the city) carries my “Risk Happy” sticker. Found the phrase shortly after getting deep into Risk Management. Helps me remember what I work for, since I am doing everything to not have to work.

Finally getting to the shop today 🤣, been busy.
