This week's #TuneTuesday theme is #TempleAndChurch. Lots of great records to choose from, but I'm going with this one:

Ann Cole with the Suburbans: In the Chapel (1956)

The song was written by David Clowney (who was better-known as Dave "Baby" Cortez) and Larry Coleman. The original Baton Records single made it to #14 on the Billboard R&B chart in late January, 1957. The flip side, "Each Day", was also quite popular and is a great record as well.
