Yesterday for #OpulentVoice: a serious chat-only interface bug was fixed, the uptime clock format was improved, and lab resources for integrating the human-radio interface to the modem were stood up. A very big day at ORI! And, that was just on one project.
The schedule is now out for AMSAT-DL space days and FutureGEO workshop. We are very much looking forward to being a big part of that fundamental shift in #amateur #satellite work. #Ribbit, #RFBitBanger, and more moved forward too.
Winding half a dozen inductors or more? Measure one of each type across the range of turn counts so you can correct the instructions.
Worked example for the RFBitBanger batch 2 T50-6 toroids, 40m band L2:
• find 12 on the X axis
• read up to the predicted line
• read across to the measured line
• read down to 9 on the Y axis
You might end up needing 8 turns, or 10, but either way 9 is going to waste less of your time than 12. #HamRadio #RFBitBanger #truSDX

Well, shoot.
I downloaded #fldigi latest, and did configure, make, make install.
It installed.
When I launch fldigi and click the Help -> About thing, it says it's 4.2.05, the version rumored to include #scamp
But I can't FIND it mentioned anywhere in the UI.
What are the names of the six digital modes in your #rfbitbanger ?
