Håpets katedral -- Cathedral of Hope -- is a floating Norwegian stave church build entirely from flotsam, jetsam and driftwood (driftstuff). A collaboration by artist Solveig Egeland and the Fredrikstad congregation, it sails on tour now and then, spreading the word of recycling and sustainability. We caught it last summer in Gothenburg and was totally blown away.

"internal #concrete wall panels will be #reused as floor slabs and tasting tables, and demolition waste from the site will be made into a lime rubble render to be applied to the external walls. Agricultural by-products such as #straw and #clay will be used to create components of the new facility."

Sitting in public transit yesterday, I dug out my #FoldableKeyboard to my lap, paired it with my #Fairphone, opened a terminal command line app #Termux, connected to my #RaspberryPi #SelfHosting #HomeServer and updated its software remotely on the go. All #SecondHand #Reused #Refurbished #Computers & #Electronics.

No real need for the #Portable keyboard nor remote access here, just felt like trying it out for fun, and for a brief moment, it felt like I was leading a #Solarpunk lifestyle.
