Почему в AI-first стартапах Marketing Growth пока плохо работает?

Когда ко мне приходят основатели AI-first стартапов, почти всегда в начале разговора звучит одна и та же мысль. С продуктом всё более-менее понятно. Модель работает. Пользователи точно получают ценность. Где-то уже есть первые деньги. Осталось просто найти рабочие связки и начать быстро расти.

Annotationen in Java sind kleine Marker direkt im Code, die Zusatzinformationen tragen. Du kennst sie vermutlich schon: @Override, @Deprecated oder @SuppressWarnings. Das sind keine Kommentare und auch keine Magie im Sinne von "der Compiler macht irgendwas Unfassbares". Es ist eher wie ein sauberer Zettel am Code: "Dieses Element hat eine bestimmte Bedeutung". Entscheidend ist, wer diesen Zettel liest - der Compiler, dein IDE-Inspektor, ein Build-Tool oder ein Framework zur Laufzeit.

And of course there is a real risk that a person with #HoardingDisorder isn't going to be very open to getting rid of something that isn't needed now or ever.

I note that the fickle variations in my own disabilities means that I have learned the hard way to think long and carefully about getting rid of something I have used previously to mitigate an issue that appears to have resolved! All too often, a week after getting rid of such an item, the disability-mitigation need returns, agh! And can you find the equivalent again, whether new or secondhand? Double-agh (aka NO!). 🙄😬😡

Дисциплина не работает. И это лучшая новость для всех, кто устал от самоистязания

(Тут можно упоминать какой-нибудь крутой сервис VPN, но этого не будет, т.к. собрал свой, чем собсснно горжусь) В январе 2026 я запустил Telegram-бота с одной простой идеей: вечером спрашивать «как прошёл день по твоей цели?» и давать три кнопки: ✅ Сделано, 🌓 Частично, 😕 Не сделано. Я думал, что создаю инструмент для решения «проблемы дисциплины». Оказалось, проблемы нет. Никому на самом деле не нужна «дисциплина» как таковая. Людям нужны результаты без дополнительного стресса, без ощущения, что жизнь и так тяжёлая, а тут ещё и ты себя пинаешь каждый день. Через два месяца ботом пользуются около 100 человек. Некоторые держат одну и ту же цель уже 40–60 дней подряд. Не потому, что стали железными. А потому, что я случайно сделал систему, где процесс приятнее цели. Вот как это вышло...
