Empirical research has failed to sway policymakers and political leaders for many reasons, too many to cover fully here."

Im Dialog auf Augenhöhe erfahren der 8-jährige Christian und seine Eltern Gefühle und Bedürfnisse voneinander, die ihr Verhalten in neuem Licht erscheinen lässt. Heidrun Fiedler stellt das Handwerkszeug zu diesem systemischen Konfliktlösungsmodell zusammen mit dessen Begründer vor. Sie begleitet eine Schule, so wie nun Christians Familie, ihr Wir-Gefühl zu stärken.

Dieser Dokumentarfilm ist im Laufe von fast 5 Jahren entstanden und wurde mit einem geringen spendenbasierten Budget produziert. Dafür haben wir in Deutschland in Mölln, Stade, Ratzeburg und Berlin gedreht. Ein Highlight war zudem die Möglichkeit, in einer Jugendstrafanstalt in Rio de Janeiro mit Mitarbeitern zu sprechen, um herauszufinden, wie dort in Brasilien mit den Restorative Circles im Justizsystem gearbeitet wird."
