The order instructs the AG to "vigorously prosecute" people who violate #flag desecration laws & 🚨🚨pursue litigation TO CLARIFY THE SCOPE OF THE #FirstAmendment 🚨🚨 regarding the issue, the fact sheet said.

In addition, the EO directs the AG to refer flag desecration cases to #state or #local authorities. It also instructs the admin to prohibit & terminate #visas, #ResidencePermits & #naturalization proceedings for those who desecrate the flag.
