Bunch of stories floating around about #Bitcoin becoming a #reserveasset for Russia, possibly others. 1) They'd probably do it via exchanges that have dark pools or block trading facilities 2) Local bitcoins volume for Ruble has been 2 - 3x USD for a while now, 3) They could negotiate with miner pools directly, and 4) I'll believe it when I see it 😎 I anticipate the event to be more like a reward halving, where upward price pressure is lagged to the actual event.
