Est ce que quelqu'un connait ce type de serpent ? Est il dangereux ? Il est tombé d'un palmier ds mon jardin! (Je vis en Afrique de l'Est) Merci d'avance !

Does anybody know this kind of snake and whether it is dangerous ? It fell of a palmtree in my garden ! (No kidding!)
