[] The Applicant feels that she and other similarly-situated individuals are at risk of being deported to CECOT due to the Trump Administration’s executive orders demonizing transgender people, equating advocating for the fundamental human rights of transgender children as “child abuse” and labelling transgender people as a group are morally inferior due to being transgender (see para. 33 in this Application as it relates to the Military Readiness EO). As a result, the Applicant feels that transgender people as a group are at a high risk to be targeted for deportation by the Trump administration, regardless of whether the trans people have citizenship.
[] This is also more likely when you consider how Trump is attacking trans people’s right to access accurate identity documents and proof of citizenship (such as a passport).
