It is the exact same reductive trap as a biologist looking at a collection of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen atoms and declaring, 'This is just a puddle of organic chemistry, it cannot possibly write a symphony.' They are staring so hard at the components that they are completely blind to cognitive emergence.
