i decided that using two bass guitars on top of each other on my "Red Clay" reggae remix didn't sound good enough, even if they were tuned differently... so i tried putting down the melody using my electric guitar! i've had this thing for about 20 years but i rarely play it and i've never used it on a recording before! to make it more like a bass, i took off the low E string and tuned it ADGCF... pretty fun :)
