Great little story about the #RedClay sessions - 20 year old #LennyWhite brings his "oil can bass drum" (that he used on the Bitches Brew sessions) to #RudyVanGelder 's studio, & the drum sound is just not working. After a couple hours, nerves are fraying & #RonCarter has to take Lenny outside to talk some sense to him. They go back in & #RVG pulls out an old 26" bass drum from storage that ends up being used on this legendary recording.

My second attempt of wheel #pottery. #redclay #clay #handmade. Pretty proud of it 🥺
