I.e. a job is being listed on #StepStone, #XING, Federal Employment Agency, …

• That listing is being copy & pasted every week or month, so there's like 4-6+ identical ones per company online.
  • Then #recruiters / Hiring Agencies also copy that verbatim because they usually don't vet employers and verify that they actually want to fill the vacancy (I know some that do, but I've also see them try to recruit me to some other recruiter who'd then bundle that up in a contract for the final customer.

#WhatsMissing is a site only with genuine vacancies and genuine candidates and #AiBan, including any #AIslop submissions and *"#AI" #BullshitJobs!

to my dearest #hiring managers, #HR folks, and #recruiters. you don't need to tell me about all your great company benefits and the lovely work culture during the first screening call only to send me a form letter back.
