We are energetic beings. Longing sends out an impulse. When it finds a receptive connection, action happens.

If we are longing for something or someone in particular, nothing will happen unless that specific receptivity is there.

That's why it's better not to limit our search. Whether we long for love or for help, we should be open to the surprise of who might show up.

Ask: What does my heart long for most? Focus on the feeling you will have when it happens and forget the specifics that limit your search.
