Loving the rugby #AutumnSeries. But to help rugby union improve and expand its appeal I think three changes would be beneficial 1) Tap kick only from scrum infringement. 2) 3 points for a try from a rolling maul from a line out 3) less tactical subs (finishers) what do you think #realbarryfrench ?
