The 2017 BCNDP platform said to maximize BC's current hydro infrastructure, but which didn't explicitly say to end #SiteC, which they completed. Chagrin x1000. #caveatemptor #readthefineprint
Watch the #bcgreens membership grow, starting late next week...and even bigger if an ecosocialist doesn't win the federal NDP leadership.

Wiarton Willie says Early Spring!
And before any self-professed 'skeptics' or so-called 'meteorologists' get on my back, I will remind you: not only has Willie (and his successors) been 100% accurate since time began (1956) but your doubt just exposes your ignorance of celestial mechanics! 😁

Really, this amuses me so much, every year, oh, sez 'science' experts, the Groundhog is only some percent accurate, it is too laugh, and they call themselves meteorologists! 20%?! Who are they kidding.
I left my rebuke in their Talk section, mostly 'cause I'm tired of arguing with folks who can't read contracts.
The #SIMKL platform needs to clarify what they meant by “All submitted reviews become the licensed property of Simkl.” It's vague and can be interpreted in various ways.
For example, that wording appears to me that when I submit reviews, I transfer ownership to them. The reason for this is they used the words “become” & “property”.
Thus, “become the licensed property” would mean that I transfer ownership then they license it however they want, since it is now their property.
See: https://support.simkl.org/knowledgebase/articles/905976-reviews-guidelines
They can just follow/copy #TMDb's Section 2.b.
https://www.themoviedb.org/terms-of-use
Or, @trakt 's Section 5.d. https://trakt.tv/terms
Which is pretty much the standard for #UGC or #UserGeneratedContent.
For example, I want to submit a review. I definitely am not transferring my ownership, I am only granting an irrevocable license…
“Granting an irrevocable license…” is different from my content becoming “the licensed property of <service>”.
