日本には「臭いにはフタを」と云うことわざが有ります。皆さんはおそらく「問題にきちんと対処する」と云う意味で認知してると思いますが、本質的に解析して場合は「問題にフタをせよ」、つまり「問題は遮断せら」、或いは「問題は隠ぺいせよ」と云う心理が見え隠れしてる事が判明します。 これは日本の黒文化の一つです。都合の悪い事柄は絨毯の下に隠す、つまり都合が悪い物は隠しておくと云う悪い文化です。 ＊追記：黒文化（Black Culture）と云う表現は国際的には一般的に黒人文化と認知されてますが、此処では「黒歴史」と云う表現に因んで〝都合の悪い文化、他人に余り知られたくない恥ずかしい文化〝と云う
