BlueDotIt is absurd that in California, the most solidly Democratic state in the union, the "jungle primary" might literally exclude all the Democratic candidates from the general election.
Every state should have closed primaries and ranked choice voting, so all the parties---including minor parties---have a fair chance to nominate the candidate that represents them.
