An I/Q file is the best portable way to share received signals. Mention all the settings (center frequency, sample rate, format) so others can read the file

I found a funny signal with my #SDR today, I dug around on SigId wiki and found out that it is probably the ReFlex pager protocol

It decodes successfully in multimon-ng but the text is gibberish. Based on the time and regularity of the messages I'm guessing it's not apartment staff. I think it's being sent automatically by appliances in some kind of proprietary format. Any #radiohackers have any ideas?
