Working on setting up the dyno now. The ventilation system is done. Bike is on the dyno so I can install the monitor and other bits.

Another update on the shop. The fume extraction system is complete. Just missing some clamps for the flex hose for the collector. I still need to come up with something to hold the exhaust collector.

Next up is the controller and the make-up-air system.

In the first picture is also the new bead blasting cabinet and dust extraction system. Welding table is missing but will be added after the Dyno is set up.

I thought it was time for an update on the shop. The sliding door is 95% complete and the breakthrough to the old shop is done (complete with ramp). At the moment, we are working on the wiring. When that is done the fume extraction system will be next.

The pictures show the shop from the outside and interior showing the newly built workbench.

Thought I should post something today. Just a quick progress update. I finished the exterior last week and now have started building the sliding door. I am sick at the moment, so all work has stopped.

Hopefully I will start feeling better soon and be able to get back to work.

Cool motorcycle pictures and stuff will have to wait a little longer. Sorry 🙁

Some more progress on the shop extension. Dyno-Room is now done, complete with window and doors. Fans will go in once the structure is completely done. The outside is now wrapped with a membrane. The windows have also been trimmed. Next up is the exterior paneling. After that is done I will tackle the sliding door (outside).

I thought that seeing as today is going to be a super-duper day that I would post some non "Orange Man" content. I managed to get some lights up and build the separating wall. Now, I have a dyno-room. (Not to brag! 😉 ) Now that the wall is up, I will run some wiring into the dyno-room and install the lights in there. I put in a window so, you know, people can watch me blow stuff up.

Walls are up, roof is done and the dyno is unpacked ... There is still a lot to do but I am getting there slowly. Have to take a short break and do some programming. I need to build an application for my wife so she can generate electronic invoices for next year. Gotta love that new bureaucracy reduction law ... Yay...
