There's no reason to believe that TikTok cares about your privacy or your security, and their app probably recorded everything you ever copy-pasted (even outside of the TikTok app) and probably sent it back to the Chinese government:

If you ever copy-pasted a password, you need to change that password now, and I'd highly recommend that you uninstall and never use TikTok it again
